Weekly Checks



  • Enter and inspect each room in the property for leaks / damage / pests etc

  • Open all windows and air property

  • Run all sinks/showers and flush all toilets

  • Check internet signal, TV reception and telephone lines are active

  • Check alarm is working and no alerts

  • Check all lights are working

  • Check fridge freezer running as expected

  • Water plants

  • Collect post for storage, scan & email or posting to owner


  • Check perimeter fence, all doors and gates for signs of damage / malfunction

  • Clear pathway and patio / terrace of litter etc.

  • Check all lights are working

  • Water plants

Monthly Checks

  • Run air-conditioning / heating to ensure functioning correctly

  • Check boiler is running and ensure hot water available

  • Run dishwasher and washing machine on rinse cycle

Pre-Owner/Guest Visit

  • Full clean inside and out (see cleaning).

  • Make up beds and freshen towels.

  • Stock fridge & cupboard (see Welcome Pack).

  • Prepare air conditioning or heating as appropriate.

  • Moving / removing personal effects to/from storage.

  • Meeting guests with keys.

Cleaning Standards


  • Every room dusted, vacuumed and mopped.

  • All bedding changed and towels replaced.

  • Kitchen deep cleaned, including all appliances.

  • Bathrooms deep cleaned.

  • Furniture dusted and polished.

  • Windows cleaned inside and out, getting rid of that Saharan sand left by the rain!


  • Plants and trees pruned, dead leaves removed.

  • Flowers and plants watered

  • Terraces swept, hosed and scrubbed; furniture arranged.

  • Grass mown, edges trimmed.

  • Pool professionally cleaned, pH checked and balanced (extra charge).

  • Cars cleaned inside and out (extra charge)
