We believe in transparent, fair pricing, without catches or tricks. The prices detailed below are indicative and include everything listed on our property management page as standard, with any additional charges clearly marked. For details of our holiday rentals package and service click here.

We do understand, however, that every home and every owner is different and we pride ourselves on creating bespoke packages that meet your needs.

Knowing that many clients prefer to pay in their home currency, we offer payments in € or £ into our Spanish or UK business bank accounts. Our services are quoted in Euros and all subject to IVA (currently 21%) in Spain. Services contracted in the UK are not subject to UK VAT. We use the interbank (real) exchange rate on the date of invoice, no commission, no hassle.

Cleaning
Clients who take a management contract with us benefit from generously discounted fixed cleaning prices for a weekly cleaning service (monthly when residence is not used), and includes changing and cleaning of linen and towels. Prices below are indicative of a "typical" sized apartment, with one bathroom per bedroom and a small balcony. As always, we will aim to provide you with a personalised quote.
If you do not have a management contract in place but would like us to provide cleaning services this is priced from €18/hour plus €20 per bed (not room) for changing and cleaning linen and towels.

Gardening
Clients who take a management contract with us benefit from discounted gardening prices from our incredibly skilled gardeners – call or email us today for a bespoke quote. We can also provide general gardening services for non-clients starting at just €25/hour.
When you bought your Mallorcan home, you dreamed of sitting by the pool, sipping a cold drink while the kids play quietly (!) in the water – you didn’t dream of arriving to a green pool with algae growing and the kids crying because they can’t swim for the first 2 days of the holiday. Let us take care of your pool maintenance and cleaning so you don’t have to go through the hassle – not to mention expense – of having to refill it just when you want to use it the most. Prices from €75/month, season open from €200.
