1. Is it safe?

Absolutely, we vet all of our guests, meet them personally to check their IDs and are on hand to attend 24/7 in the unlikely event there are any problems. Bookings through Airbnb benefit from an €800,000 guarantee for any damages

2. Is it legal?

Yes - however there are several strict requirement that need to be met for touristic lettings in Mallorca. If you do not already have a licence, click here to read more about what you need to do, or contact us and we will talk you through the process.

3. Will I still be able to use my property when I want to?

Of course - it's your property - simply contact us to block out a period of time that you want the property to be reserved for. We will also give you access to a booking calendar so you can see when it is booked. We only ask that you don't ask us to cancel a confirmed guest booking - if this can't be avoided, you agree that you will make up any shortfall required to rehouse the guests in suitable alternative accommodation.

4. How much can I earn?

That all depends on the facilities of your property and how many weeks we can book the property for. We typically average between 80-90% occupancy between April and October. A modest 3 bed villa with a private pool could easily command €2000 per week in peak months. Contact us to get an instant quote.

5. How much do you charge?

Our standard fee is 20% of the total rental price paid (excluding cleaning fees). Contact us for more details.

6. When will I get paid?

We do a monthly payment run with a detailed statement of any bookings, commissions or maintenance fees for full transparency. There are no additional fees to pay from the amount you receive. In some circumstances we can do an additional payment run, subject to a small banking charge.

7. What's the catch?

None - you get to use your property when you want it and you get to earn money with zero hassle when it's not being used. We are experienced property managers and have been doing holiday lets for many years.
