Of course - it's your property - simply contact us to block out a period of time that you want the property to be reserved for. We will also give you access to a booking calendar so you can see when it is booked. We only ask that you don't ask us to cancel a confirmed guest booking - if this can't be avoided, you agree that you will make up any shortfall required to rehouse the guests in suitable alternative accommodation.
That all depends on the facilities of your property and how many weeks we can book the property for. We typically average between 80-90% occupancy between April and October. We do a monthly payment run with a detailed statement of any bookings, commissions or maintenance fees for full transparency. There are no additional fees to pay from the amount you receive. In some circumstances we can do an additional payment run, subject to a small banking charge.
