However, buying in a foreign country can come with problems and pitfalls. We are here to advise you on the different areas, where to get the best value for money, and what to watch out for.

The work doesn't stop once we've found your perfect place. We'll be there every step of the way until you collect your keys, helping to arrange finance, and keeping you up to date with the buying process. We can put you in contact with lawyers, architects and builders as well as help with interior decorating your new home.

Once we have discussed your brief and budget with you in detail, we get to work sourcing a selection of properties that we hope will be suitable. We have contacts within both agencies and private developers to keep on top of those "off-market" properties that never seem to make it to the websites.

We will preview all of these properties for you, looking out for the busy road just missed out by the agents' pictures, the lively and noisy bar a few doors away, or the pool that might not be in the "escritura" (deeds) and therefore potentially illegal.

After we've narrowed down the most suitable properties we will help arrange a time for you to come over and make the (hopefully) final selection, liaising with the agents or owners to ensure you can see as many as possible in the time you have available to view, and accompanying you throughout.
