Cristina dedicated herself to the real estate industry and established an extensive collaboration with contractors, maintenance providers, and cleaning services on the island. She is dedicated to offering property owners peace of mind. Her goal is to ensure your property is always in the best hands, maintained to the highest standards, and ready to meet your needs. Whether managing maintenance or overseeing every detail, she is committed to delivering exceptional service and care.
Mallorcan by birth, enriched by 20 years living abroad in different countries -the United States, UK, and South Korea. A martial arts enthusiast, she practices Choi Kwang Do in her free time and holds a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo.
She lives in the southwest area with her husband and three kids (each born in a different continent!).
Ian Palmer

Ian has been involved in real estate since 2005, working in some of the most exclusive and busiest marketplaces in London, running a prime office of London's largest estate agency - during the last 3 years of which he was involved in sales totalling over £100m. He has sourced properties for domestic and international clients, well known celebrities and leaders of business and has managed several renovation projects from small scale redecorations to full rebuilding projects. He has also managed a portfolio of properties including both short and long term rentals, working with Airbnb, Holiday Lettings, VRBO and others.

Ian first moved to Mallorca in 2017, having fallen in love with the island, and now works here to help people who want to do the same.
